Welcome to Your IELTS Teacher. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before booking or attending any lessons.

1. Services

  • This website provides private online IELTS preparation lessons, including speaking, writing, reading, and listening practice.
  • You can purchase lessons individually or in packages displayed on the site.
  • We deliver lessons via [Zoom/Microsoft Teams/Google Meet], unless we agree on another platform.

2. Booking and Payments

  • You must pay lesson fees in advance using the payment options listed on the website.
  • You need to use your package lessons within 12 months of purchase; any unused lessons will expire after that period.
  • We may update our prices, but any lessons you’ve already booked and paid for will stay at the original rate.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Please try to cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson to avoid being charged the full amount.
  • We only offer refunds when we can’t deliver a lesson because of teacher unavailability or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

4. Student Responsibilities

  • Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection, working audio/video, and a quiet environment for lessons.
  • Complete your homework and practice tasks to get the most out of your lessons.
  • Do not share or resell lessons, recordings, or materials without our permission.

5. Teacher Responsibilities

  • The teacher will provide high-quality IELTS instruction tailored to the student’s needs.
  • Lessons will begin and end at the scheduled times.
  • The teacher will respect student confidentiality and not share personal details without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • IELTS results depend on individual effort, ability, and practice. The teacher cannot guarantee a specific band score.
  • The website and teacher are not affiliated with or endorsed by the IELTS partners (British Council, IDP, or Cambridge).

7. Intellectual Property

  • All lesson materials, notes, and resources are the intellectual property of Your IELTS Teacher.
  • Students may use materials for personal learning only and may not distribute them without written consent.

8. Amendments

  • These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
